Would anyone have a reasonably simple Gateau Diane recipe please ?
I was looking at another thread where the OP wanted to know where she could get a really good Black Forest Gateau (as opposed to those sickly sweet abominations that are normally sold ) and it got me thinking of my favourite cake, Gateau Diane.
I’m not the best baker so hence the “reasonably simple” request.
