I am interested in doing a beginners baking workshop - pastries like croissants, danishes, etc.

Google suggested Le Cordon Bleu institute nut I'm wondering if it's for real hobbyists/great bakers/cooks.

Has anyone done a workshop at the Cordon Bleu institute in London? Thank you.

Not me, but I looked at the website out of curiosity .
I stopped looking when I saw £23,072 for a course.
