Does anyone have a foolproof, easy and tasty cheese scone recipe please?

I use the Delia Smith Cheese Crusted scones recipe. It should come up online if you google it. I don’t ever roll out the mixture and cut it though. I put two rounds of dough on a baking tray, flatten them slightly and semi-cut them into 6 triangles per mound, with a wet, sharp knife. They’re always delicious 😋

I've love the Felicity Cloake cheese scones from the 'how to make the perfect...' series. The chives are such a wonderful addtion

I always use Donal Skehan’s cheddar and wild garlic scone recipe. It’s fine to simply leave out the wild garlic.
