I had a recipe for a delicious chicken satay noodle soup and I've lost it and can't remember anything, other than the obvious coconut milk and peanut butter!
The recipe was from a magazine about 15 years ago so I've no hope of finding it as I can't even remember which magazine it was. I do know it wasn't from a foodie magazine.
Anyway I've had a look online but wondered if anyone had their own tried and tested recipe they could share? ☺️
