Can I cook with it? My chocolate tastes are very uneducated - Galaxy or Dairy Milk all the way. Was wondering if I can use it to make some kind of chocolatey pudding or cake?

I have some of the 75% and the 90% (I think).

Any recipes gratefully received!

Cakes are good - hot puddings even better (hot chocolate fudgey cake with ice cream possibly the best food ever).

Nuts are good - not keen on fruit with chocolate though (raisins especially are the devils work).

Cheers!

Brownies!!

150g chocolate
150g butter
About 200- 240g fine sugar
3 eggs
75g flour (self raising)
I heaped dessert spoon cocoa

About 75g- 100g white chocolate cut into chips

Melt the first 2 ingredients in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
Take off heat.
Stir in the sugar and cocoa, add the beaten eggs one at a time, fold in the flour, add the white chocolate chips last.

Pour mixture into a lined and greased square tin (9" by 9"). Put it in a preheated oven at gas mark 4 for 18 minutes then keep checking every 3 minutes using a skewer. It should not come out clean but should not be completely liquid either. These are meant to be slightly gooey.

Leave to cool in the tin for at least an hour before cutting into cubes. Enjoy.
