Freezer meals for new parents with a lot of dietary requirements

I'm looking for inspiration! I have some friends with a new baby and I've said I'll do them some freezer meals. They're really difficult though with opposing dietary needs!
Her: no dairy, no gluten, no onions, no high fibre meals, nothing spicy. Big fan of meat.
Him: vegetarian, no mushrooms, big fan of spice.
I think they eat separately a lot of the time anyway because of this so I'm up for doing something for her and something for him, individual portions.

Mealtimes in their home must be a nightmare!
For her: beouf bourginon/chicken chasseur/stew type meals. Obviously no onion, but could do baby mushrooms, bacon, maybe squash for flavour/bulk.
For him: dahls/curries. I hate veggie chilli but it's always v popular on here. Melanzane parmigiana..

For her, have a look at Becky Excell's website, all GF, she discusses DF alternatives and doesn't use onions at all. And please be careful with cross-contamination and unexpected gluten and dairy if she's GF and DF as a result of allergies/coeliac.

Basic chicken casserole chicken cut into small pieces cooked with diced celery and carrot. A bit of water, salt, pepper, thyme and a squeeze of lemon. A tsp of slaked cornflour at the end. Goes very well over pasta. Dry mild in flavour it I find it comes comforting.
