Waldorf Salad - Cookery Year

A long shot but could anyone who has the book The cookery year take a pic of the Waldorf Salad.

I've looked in my book The "Radio Times" Cookery Year by Michael Barry and there isn't a recipe for Waldorf Salad, so I guess it's not tte right book. Sorry.

I have the book, an old version. I'd happily take a picture but I can't find my copy, unfortunately. Can you find a pdf of the recipe online, maybe?

I'm assuming it's the Reader's Digest one, OP?

This post reminded me of the Fawlty Towers episode, where a guest asked for Waldorf Salad and Basil replied "Sorry, Waldorf Salad is off today as we are out of Waldorfs!"
