Looking to eat more fish and our local supermarkets have a rubbish selection - any recommendations?

Most supermarkets have a good selection of frozen fish id that's an option for you?

Thanks all. Used your link Sparrowfish and whilst there's no mobile fishmonger in my area it recommended some websites including Hideawayforever's suggestion so I'll give regal fish a go.
