Countertop ovens

I’ve already posted about this but trying again with different wording as no replies. I’m looking for a countertop / plug in convection oven to bake cakes. Does anyone have one or can recommend?

I have one in my cafe. I’ve had it four years and use it solely for cakes. It’s fabulous. Cost about £450. Called a Cukou or something like that, but I’ve seen similar with different names. It’s quite big. I’ve added a pic.

Oh that is exactly the sort of thing I’m after. Thank you so much!

It certainly looks exactly like it. I’m not sure what model mine is.

I have a Sage that I bought during a kitchen renovation. Still use it all the time and it's great. Slightly smaller than the other suggestions. It makes good cakes and I use it for bread, even though I have a dedicated bread oven.

@Chazbotscan you cook two cakes at once in it?

Maybe 2 small sponge tins. It's not large, only one shelf.

It’s funny, they must all be made by the same company. They all have a temperature dial and a on/timer dial, I’ve sen them a lot over the last few years with different brand names.

I’ve just started a new thread on this, forgetting that I’d posted here 🙈. I ended up buying a very similar model from Adexa, as the ones linked above were all out of stock. We tested it last week with three loaf cakes and they came out beautifully but took absolutely ages to cook. @Gingercar any advice?
