Chicken mince, inspiration please!

I usually get turkey mince but it's been subbed with chicken this week. I could of course just make my usual turkey mince recipes, but I thought I'd ask if anyone had anything they recommend which is particularly good with chicken mince. TIA

I like this a lot, quick and easy. I usually add in a few veggies with it too

Chicken burgers, they are my kids favourite. You can use rolls or sliced bread or tacos. A lemon and thyme mayo, with lettuce, tomatoes finish them off nicely, with corn on the cob on the side.

Ah now I can't decide so many delicious options! We already have pasta and burgers on the menu this week so I think I'll go with either one of the lovely Asian selections or possibly tacos/taco bowls (mainly because I will use any excuse to eat loads of guac!). Definitely saving all these other options though, thanks again!

There’s a chicken and sweet potato hash recipe on the Lidl website that it delicious.

Fry with chilli onions, ginger garlic till brown (properly brown ) then go in with some honey and soy, let that caramelise, serve over noodles with fresh chilli and peanuts and coriander on top 🥰

I make chicken meatballs. I always think chicken mince needs a lot of help to be flavoursome so I add fried bacon pieces, spring onions, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese into the mince. I then roll it into little balls and bake them.

They're very tasty. I tend to serve with hummus, salad and pitta bread.

Em the nutritionist does a lovely chicken and tarragon meatball dish. But I would go with a thai salad - delish!!!

I saw a nice recipe using a packet of sage & onion stuffing, some chicken mince & salt & pepper. It's called Sage & Onion Chicken Balls from amysheppardfoodon Instagram - posted on there about 17 April earlier this year. . Dinner tonight 😀

@Ishouldgodostuff I make that one regularly but with turkey mince, it's a lovely quick and easy Sunday dinner for us.

Do you have a recipe for that please? It sounds lovely and I know I’d get the quantities wrong if I guessed.

@CircuitMaze afraid I don’t have a recipe but for 500g mince it’s approx 2tsp honey and maybe 1 tbsp soy? Could add a dollop of sweet chilli sauce in there too? Trick is not to have it swimming in liquid, needs to be quite dry xx
