Broccoli soup, dairy free

Does anyone have a nice broccoli soup recipe? I'm not actually vegan or dairy free I just want a lighter/healthier option. I have 4 heads of broccoli that need using and soup seems like the obvious choice!

I make a broccoli soup at this time of year adding an onion and some courgettes. If you boil it all up then blitz it with some white pepper, the white of the courgettes makes it go a creamy consistency.

Adding a can of pulverised lima / butter beans or cannellini beans will make the soup lovely and velvety but not stodgy.

This. Broccoli and white bean soup is delicious and so good for you! I like to add some parsley and lemon zest. Sorry no recipe because I just wang it all in a pan and it always just works.

This is more than broccoli but you can vary the types and ratio of green veg used. It’s one of my favourite soups and I often make a pot and it does me lunches for the week with some nice bread or crackers.
