Best nut roast recipes

Looking for a good everday nut roast type recipe. Used to have a lovely one with beans and a tomato sauce but it got lost in a move...

I use the Delia Smith one, I think it is in her first book. She suggested serving with curry sauce and sliced mango. An all time favourite for decades, lovely hot as a meal, delicious cold and I serve gor vegetarians at Christmas but all the Turkey eaters also take a generous slice
