Cakes/biscuit recommendations

Recommendations wanted for cakes or biscuits that will keep for at least 3/4 days preferably longer. Unfortunately my eldest doesn't like dried fruit. Many thanks

Anzac biscuits were designed without egg so they keep longer and were sent to troops! There are also slice versions too.

You can drizzle chocolate over them, or dip one side in also.

They’re really horrible despite their name so no one will eat them unless desperate

Ginger cake lasts well as does banana or carrot. Some chocolate cakes depending on recipe can be good keepers too although no cake is going to last that long here! But any of those would still be fine and fresh to eat after 3/4 days.

Lemon drizzle cake.. tightly wrapped in greaseproof then tinfoil will keep for 5/6 days no problem.
