Wanting some healthy-ish snacks that keep me full, so I figured something oat based might be good. Would love your recipes. Ideally fairly quick and easy to prepare in advance.

Only stipulation is no nuts.

Thanks!

Thanks, have you tried these? There are so many recipes when I googled would love to try something that people actually recommended :)

Yes I used to make them a lot as finger food when weaning my dc. I still make them every now and then for lunch boxes and family picnics

I’ve tried these and they are good. The jam on top goes all chewy.

I can't have peanut/nut butter, wonder if there's anything I could sub it for.

I have these for breakfast most days adding chocolate chips but have done it with sultanas before. I add stevia for a bit more sweetness but I love these. You don't have to use almond milk I've used regular n it's been fine

Air Fryer Baked Oats

These super fluffy air fryer baked oats are healthy, moist, and taste like a cake. Add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or blueberries for a fun, 15-minute, high-protein breakfast!

If seeds are ok for you, I make a bloody lovely sunflower seed butter to get around my school's nut ban!

sub the butter for a dairy free marg as you can’t have butter. I used half the sugar. They are also ok made with different sugars.

I can have butter, just not nut butters :) allergic to nuts!

These look good though!

Sorry OP I misread. But I made them with marg anyway as I didn’t have butter in and they were fine.
