Does anyone have the recipe for this from River Cottage Everyday?

I googled it and the first thing to come up was a Pinterest pin which doesn't give the full recipe. I tried to find it but couldn't.

I don't think Boulevardofbrokenrecipesdreams is going to come back OP. The rest of the book looks good - you could pick it up second-hand for about £4 but I've searched a few times this morning and not spotted this recipe online. Looks lush though 😍.

The puree is half a kilo of blackcurrants and 100g icing sugar

custard 250ml cream and same of milk
with 4 yolks, 100g caster sugar, vanilla pod and 1 heaped tsp cornflour

cassis soaked sponge in the bottom.

Topped with cream and frosted blackcurrants

This sounds delicious!
