Went to a 'do' at a golf club last weekend where there was a delicious, light, bread type roll stuffed with some type of meat. The roll resembled a dark brown Yorkshire pudding in colour and the inside texture, although also resembling a Yorkshire was definitely more doughy. It was so light and airy and lovely but can't find out what it was. Any ideas. As the rest of the buffet was Mexican, am presuming it's a Mexican food too.
