Recipe to use up whiskey?

I have half a bottle of this taking up cupboard space. I'm loathe to throw it out as it's expensive stuff but nobody drinks it. Planning to use some to make Christmas puddings, but any suggestions for how I could use this up? Specifically looking for recipes where the flavour will be masked/improved

Thanks!

Dundee cake - soak the dried fruit in it overnight.

Honestly, if it doesn’t take up much space in your cupboard, just use it for desserts and Christmas slowly until it’s gone.

You do know it will never go off, don’t you?

Yes, I know, but I specifically want to use it up as it is taking up space.
