recipes for summery stews that can be made well in advance and will feed 20!

I'm getting some catering in for a do i'm having but wondered about doing a couple of stews myself to keep costs down...will be in june so summery stuff rather than beef in red wine etc.

any other ideas for some kind of meat thing that i can do in advance for this many people gratefully received.

Or a sort of tagine type thing to serve with cous cous?

does it have to be meat?

chicken with vegetables - shallots, potatoes, garlic, carrots, wine, broccoli, green beans, cream, tarragon

lamb in a tomatoey, minty, artichokey sauce

can write out proper recipes if you want

or spicy vege stew with cous cous

coronation chicken? cook and freeze chicken in advance, the sauce takes minutes.
