What to do with mushrooms?

I have a pack of mushrooms that i did intend to make stroganoff with but it feels at odds with the glorious weather.

Any fantastic mushroom based summery feeling recipe recommendations would be most welcome

I love raw mushrooms and they go well in a spinach salad

I don't eat them but I'd probably fry them in butter, until crispy and then scramble some eggs and have them with toast. Well, I'd not have them but whoever else was there would.

Breaded garlic mushrooms
Mushroom soup
veg kebabs on the barbecue
mushroom omelette/frittata

It's a bit old-fashioned but I love mushrooms a la grecque. Used to have it for lunch a lot in the 80s - reminds me of school holidays. My mum still makes it a lot during the summer.

I like them sliced and stir-fried with greens and rice noodles. Sesame oil and soy sauce.

I would go ahead and make the stroganoff! I'm off to buy mushrooms now...

Wrap bacon or parma ham around them, stick on a skewer, and cook on the BBQ!

Fry in butter, garlic and some mixed herbs. Add a spoonful of cream cheese and serve on toast for lunch. Add more cream cheese and some milk for a very quick pasta sauce
