I've recently found out I am Yeast Intolerant. I'm having difficulty in working out what to have for lunches at work. I tend to have sandwich/soup/or take leftovers in to reheat. I'm really struggling to think of what I can buy on the day or have pre made for my lunch. Dinners don't cause me too much of a problem.
Is anyone else yeast intolerant or can anyone give me inspiration for lunches mainly.
