What to serve with a (fake) pork loin?

I've been veggie since 1987 🤣 and don't usually bother with fake meats, but yesterday I got 3 Juicy Marbles "pork" loin things from the community fridge. Planning to do some sort of pulled pork style thing with one for a BBQ, but stuck for ideas for the other 2. Bonus points if they're cheap ideas!

Cook on one side, then top the other side with apple sauce and cheese substitute?? Serve with new or roast potatoes and greens? Damn it's making me hungry 🤣

I’d have it with stuffing and apple sauce in some crusty rolls. Or I make a tasty thing with thinly sliced pork loin in a cream sauce with cider, grain mustard and garlic and serve with greens and gnocchi or new potatoes. (Inspired by Nigella)

Something oriental ? You could make a sweet and sour dish or char sui roast pork type meal ?

I'd sear it and roast it and serve it with a cheese and chive sauce (bechamel, strong cheddar, chives and a good kick of mustard) or for more of a barbeque style, marinate it in sweet chilli sauce with lots of lime added and coriander, roasted potatoes and strips of red pepper.

Simply grilled topped with Dijon mustard serve with Mustard mash and greens

Char Sui and serve with pak choi in oyster sauce and rice
