Boat picnic ideas

So I am surprising my husband with a couple of days on a canal boat for his birthday this week… first night I was going to do a nice picnic type tea hoping for something a bit fancy I’ve got a few nice cheeses, olives and making a focaccia… is there any ideas of something nice I can make. Want to make it really special

First thing I'd do is check the kitchen facilities !
The one & only time I went on one there was just a 2 ring hob & the tiniest fridge I've ever seen..

Often think it’s the quality of what you buy , farm shop maybe ? Best quality cheese, tomatoes , crisps , sliced meats etc . Sounds lovely
