Hi. I ordered gammon steaks with my on line shopping order. There are two in a pack and without checking I put them straight into the freezer. I'd normally separate and freeze individually to use as and when. I'll need to defrost them both now. Would it be safe to then refreeze one? Think I possibly know the answer, I'll cook one for DH but any ideas if not safe to re freeze what I can do with the other gammon steak please.
