Almond butter and banana/ raisins

Peanut butter and marmite (try it!)

bean spread (blitz chickpeas or any tinned beans with some tomato pasta sauce and garlic)

tahini and sundried tomatoes (although pref on sturdy bread as can be oily!)

i think he would like the beany thing

although beany thing sounds like humous, he wouldnt know

Hmmm. Glad to hear it. Hummus masquerading under a new guise. Clever stuff.

It eats like a nice thick tuna sandwich texture wise but not fishy obviously so he might find it more appealing. Great on crackers or as dip as well. A batch doesn't last long in my house...
