My dad never are meat

My brother hates chocolate!!!!

None of us like chilli very much.

My Dfather won't eat lamb after living on a sheep farm for 3 years. DH;s uncle will not eat lamb after being posted to the Falklands.

My nephew doesn't like cake (that's crazy to me)

Moussaka! My kids think it’s the most disgusting thing ever. Other than that, they like most foods!

We are generally a family that eats everything. Though I have a 7 year old who has never really liked cake. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Fish pie. Love fish and love pie. Put both together and the family moans.

Going back 4 generations (at least) cheese, butter, yoghurts, milk basically most dairy and most of the family. Dc3 is considered odd for loving cheese!

My mum didn’t like cheese. Well, she thought she didn’t - she never actually tasted it. We never had it in the house, except for the odd Dairylea triangle. I remember trying Red Leicester cheese at my auntie’s and loving it but it never occurred to me to ask for some. I’m pretty sure my mum would have obliged!

I've got a DC who won't eat potatoes at all in any form.

DH - olives
Me - aubergine, avocado
DC - tuna, cauliflower, sweetcorn, soft cheese

Offal of any type, from any animal. ExH loved liver & onions which I refused him to cook because of the smell. Also it tastes rank. He did try cooking it for me once and I threw up. My mum hates offal too. My daughter is vegetarian, so there's no love there either. But yeah, any "guts" or brains of any animal is gross.

I did try haggis in Edinburgh a few years back and with no disrespect to a great nation, I very much regretted it. Lesson, learnt.

My brother, my daughter & myself also have an aversion to mushrooms. It's unfortunate for DD when we go out for dinner & the only veggie option is mushroom-based.

I have never tried lamb before, despite having 450 sheep myself. When I smell lamb cooking, I can smell the sheep if that makes sense? I don’t think sheep smell awful but they do have a distinctive smell that seems to come from the oven when cooking a leg of lamb etc. Maybe it’s just me.
Its the same with goats cheese, I can’t possibly try it because it smells of the goats in a farmyard.
I also have cows and eat beef most days. Enjoy pork, chicken, turkey, venison etc. Definitely not a vegetarian. Just weird. lol

Is I absolutely LOVE corn on the cob.

But detest " loose" sweetcorn

And I like butter on toast, jackets etc

But hate it on a sandwich.

DS doesn't like potatoes or beef(he doesn't like the chewy feel of steak)
Dh doesn't eat bread

Seafood. I wasn’t introduced to it as a child and have never offered it to my children.
They are all adults now,one vegan ,one just hates the texture and the other one eats it regularly because his partner is a fan.
