Uses for ready cooked mussels

I normally just eat them plain from the pot, but I was wondering if anyone had ideas I could use for them?

In a salad with nice leaves, boiled new potatoes, hard boiled eggs, some red onion…yum! A kind of Moules Niçoise vibe!

Make a tomato pasta sauce (onion, garlic, chopped toms, herbs, black olives) and then pop in the boxed mussels in white wine sauce for 8 mins/however long they normally cook (with lid on). Serve with linguine or spaghetti. Yummy!

I'd make the sauce for moules mariniere, then add them for max 1 min to heat through & eat with good bread.
