Tuna pasta (salad) How do you make yours?

Very exciting thread, I know, but I have too many tins of tuna in the cupboard and want to jazz mine up a bit. My usual is as basic as it comes tuna, sweetcorn, red onion, lemon juice, Dijon and mayo stirred through cooked and cooled pasta with lots of black pepper.

Simple: Alongside tuna, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, black olives and a generous amount of good extra virgin olive oil. Will occasionally add mini mozzarella balls.

We had this version this week - fairly basic but nice:

Chopped peppers, sweetcorn, picked red onion. Dressing of mayo, yoghurt, pickling juice, salt and pepper.

We do stuffed tuna potatoes quite often - bake your potatoes, then remove the flesh, mix with tuna, cream cheese, lots of pepper and, if you want, some chopped gherkins, put back in, top with cheese and reheat.

I also do Jamie oliver's store cupboard tuna fishcakes often.

Tuna, pasta, red onions, red and orange peppers, celery, sweetcorn, chopped gherkins, chopped grapes. Basic honey and whole grain mustard dressing.
