Anyone taking Humantra rehydration electrolytes and noticed a difference? I’ve just had half the trial pack, they taste so good! But they’re so expensive!

I love humantra. Been using them for a couple of years and I really notice the difference on the days I have them. Also really good when hungover 😂

im taking them but not sure what to expect. I am unwell atm and need to stay hydrated so maybe not feeling the whole benefit..
