Perhaps I should have had a weight watchers dessert tonight, 'cos I sure do feel stuffed. Had homemade roasted rhubarb and appled crumble with fresh cream.

I enjoyed every mouthful, but I feel like a heifer now.

WW puds and yogurts are lovely. Expensive though. Still I suppose that (in theory ) stops you eating two.
