I mashed some bananas last Friday and left them in the fridge and forgot about them. The top is pretty black now. Are they still usable or do I need to chuck them?

That does not look what I would call normal? It’s got chunks of black, well on the way to decomposing, putrid old fruit.

Bananas should never go in the fridge that's why they go black when still in the skin when cold.
