Cauliflower salad?

Anyone have any great recipes for a cauliflower salad, preferably raw!

We often have one with cold roasted cauliflower, raw spinach, sliced red onions, raisins, and dill, dressed with an olive oil/sherry vinegar/honey emulsion.

I also pickle cauliflower alongside carrots and little cucumbers, and have that as an accompaniment.
