What do I do with this?

Whilst on holiday I bought a jar of cheese in oil, in Spain. It's hard cheese like pecorino or parmesan, cut into sticks.
I just have no idea what to do with it now I've got it home.
Does anyone know this, or what dishes it goes in or is paired with.
Bought it in Vigo, if that helps.
I'll post a photo.

I would treat it like any sort of antipasti and just eat it, with nice bread, cured meats, some fresh salad bits as part of a cold lunch.

Firstly, have you tried it? Do you like the flavour?

I've never specifically had it, but would have said pat the excess oil off and grate onto a salad or over pasta.

Or if its like a manchego, I'd put in on a cheese platter with membrillo, grapes, other cheeses etc.
