No, egg is more of a binder than a fat. You can use butter. What is the recipe? Depending on how it’s used, it may just be for moisture, so a bit of milk might work.

Flour, yogurt and baking powder makes a nice flatbread

Egg and flour will make a kind of dense pancake rather than a flatbread. Might be fine for what you need it for but it's not a substitute for oil.

I’ve made Jamie Oliver’s flatbreads and they turned out light and fluffy using the ingredients below (if you have the yogurt - apologies but I can’t seem to link the recipe):

Flour
Baking Powder
Natural Yogurt
