Any recipes with Plum Porter?

DH bought a bottle of plum porter to try and didn't really like it. I don't really drink but had a taste just in case I liked it, not a fan either. So I thought maybe someone had a good recipe I could use it in instead of just pouring it down the sink. Would it work in a steak and ale pie? Or any other suggestions? Many thanks

There are recipes for pork with prunes, if you look. Might that be a thing? I have never heard of plum porter so am guessing a bit.
