Can anyone give me a good recipe to make tablet?

Tablet is my favourate sweet and I need a recipe. I know there aren't many ingredients besides sugar lol, but has anyone made it before. If so, is it hard?

I live in Scotland so should know but have never made it myself, I find it too sweet!!

My Gran used to make tablet for us when we were little, could only ever manage a couple of squares.
