Pork belly slices

Any delicious recipes for pork belly slices? I usually do red braised (Hong shao rou) but would like to try something different..TIA

Cajun seasoning is a fav in this house.

Given the weather atm , I'd coat them in lime juice ,a little maple syrup plenty of black pepper and put them on the bbq.
Or you could put them under the grill instead.

Thank you both! Great ideas. I actually just bought some Slap ya mama Cajun seasoning as it was recommended by a friend so will definitely try that, would never have put the two together! Unfortunately I don't have a garden or anywhere to use a BBQ but I will try the other on my indoor grill 😁.

It's now 10.40 pm and I want bbq'ed belly pork , if I don't sleep well tonight I'll know who to blame @TheLadyIsAVamp 😁..

We are having the Jamie Oliver air fryer pork belly and roasted pineapple Asian salad tomorrow - it's a winner.

I don't have a recipe as I've never made it but banh mi comes to mind

I’d serve them chopped up with a salad, tzatziki on home made flat breads - gorgeous. I make flat breads using Greek yoghurt, flour and salt then shallow fry.

My mouth is watering ... keep 'em coming 🤤
