I really need to get more fibre into my 6yos diet. She has porridge or weetabix for breakfast or a load of apricots if she's having school breakfast. Supper is generally stir fry or meat and veg++
I'm trying wholemeal wraps for lunch, wholemeal pasta and bolognese, but run out of ideas then! Have a thermos but good to have cold options also as working and getting out of the house before 8 some days.
Any ideas would be great. School is no nut no sesame.
