Can I use bay leaves straight off my tree. Also how can I dry them.

Yes, & I put mine in a sealed paper bag in the airing cupboard for a while.

Absolutely. Much better fresh. Don’t bother drying them, just pick them as you need them. They take custard to another level.

Yes, just pop them in. You don’t need to dry them if you have a tree because the tree will have leaves year round and they’re much more fragrant fresh.
