Alternatives to the Batch Lady

I love the Batch Lady 10 meals in one hour, with step-by-step instructions for simultaneously cooking multiple dishes together.

I find the food a bit bland though, especially the veggie ones.
Can anyone recommend another book/site?

I know I could combine recipes and work it out myself, but I am specifically looking for somewhere that has done the thinking for me - I am not naturally good at multitasking.

We prefer to eat more plant-based, less processed foods.

Cardiff Mum? I’m not convinced of portion sizes and that the meals work out as cheap but she has lots of recipes on the Aldi site that can easily be doubled for batching.

She’s on instagram but I don’t follow her but the recipes I’ve tried have been tasty.

The Aldi Chef on instagram is good. Also Meals by Mitch (all under £5). I think recipes from both could readily doubled / frozen in the batch lady fashion

Thanks. The thing the Batch Lady does well is combine the instructions so you can make several different meals at the same time. It's different to just making extra of one recipe to freeze.

I thought the whole Batch Lady selling point was “make double so you have two meals”, but I haven’t bought any of her books and only watch her on Instagram.

This is really only a tiny part of each of her books
