Need idiot proof salad dressing recipe for spinach and watercress salad

need dressing

am rubbish, i know!

Mango and lime juice and dried chilli flakes.

Whizz the flesh of half a mango with the juice of half a lemon, and a quarter teaspoon of chilli flakes.

I have a salad dressing book - what are you after and what ingredients do you have?

Hopefully NAB will whisk a recepie from her book for you, that is my one and only salad dressing as I am one-trick pony in that department.

usually do oil & vinegar so any help gratefully received

French dressing

makes about 120ml/4 fl oz/1/2 cup.

90ml/6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
15ml/1 tbsp white wine vinegar
5ml/1 tsp French mustard
pinch of caster suagr.

Place the extra virgin olive oil and white wine in a clean screw top jar.

Add the mustard and sugar.

Replace the lid and shake well.

Off to get kids to bed but will check back later if you want another recipe.

LOL !I have neitehr white wine vinegar nor mustard! thank you for trying, my lovely, i think oil& vinegar will suffice

French herb dressing

60ml olive oil
30ml sunflower or groundnut oil
15ml lemon juice
60ml fresh herbs
pinch caster sugar

place the oilve oil and other oil in a clean screw top jar.
Add lemon juice and herbs and sugar
replce lid and shake well
