As it's Easter,I usually like to get a joint of meat in over the Bank holiday, usually Beef as a treat.I used to buy it on the Meat dept in a tray at the supermarket. You could always see the meat you are buying. Now it seems you can only buy meat in shrink wrapping.I picked up one Beef joint shrink wrapped recently to serve 3 people price was 16.99.I thought too expensive for a small joint of Beef. What are your thoughts on the way Meat is now packaged?

Tesco are doing a clubcard deal £6.75 per kilo of Irish beef. I bought lots of joints to whack in the freezer. I think meat is really expensive now. Best to buy in bulk with special offers.
