Wondering if it’s worth the hype

I’ve got the Always Pan and I love it. Nothing sticks, it cooks evenly, it’s very easy to clean, it’s never violently hot like some other pans I have. The only thing it doesn’t do is crisp bacon quickly - probably for the best!

I’m putting the pot on my xmas list as my le creuset casserole has chips out of the enamel and now can’t be used on the hob properly & I’d rather have the perfect pot.

And it’s a thing of beauty!

Does seem quite big though. 10.5 inch diameter

Is it big, how does it fit on an induction

It’s quite big but no bigger than a frying pan - it fits on my five zone induction hob. Gets a bit cosy if there are multiple pots on at once but never been an issue.

I’ve got the mini one, as I live on my own and thought I’d get more use from the smaller one. It’s actually brilliant. It’s good for boiling eggs or heating soup, not too big, but somehow it also has a huge capacity. It’s a good weight as well.

it’s almost like they’ve managed to pinpoint exactly what I like in a pot (and a pan, have that too) and just…. Make it.

Is it bigger than your induction zone, if so does it still perform ok?

I’ve got the always pan and don’t really like it. The handle gets ridiculously hot and fills up with steam, it’s also quite awkward to serve from.
