Any ideas for recipes to use them?

Pizza Stuffed Pasta Shells

Stuff with spinach and ricotta and bake in a dish of tomato sauce (top with mozzarella and/or Parmesan)

or butternut squash and blue cheese

Stuff with bolognese and pesto, sprinkle with cheese

Stuff with a mixture of ricotta, spinach and cream and serve them on a sauce like bolognese but made with sausage meat.
