Timings pan fried tuna & salmon?

Using up some tuna and salmon fillets but not sure what the timings should be.

I want to pan fry both but haven’t cooked a lot of tuna so would welcome thoughts. Can they all be in a pan together?
Will probably be serving with tender stem broccoli and chips

I'd probably cook them separately to make it easier.

Take them out of the fridge half an hour before cooking, pat dry and season. Pat dry again just before putting them in the medium hot pan and then look at the middle - when they change colour to almost halfway up, turn them over and cook the other side.

Giving you timings would probably mean you have two overcooked pieces of salmon and two pieces of fishy leather.

Thank you. Next question do I attempt some sort of marinade or just as is? Can you tell I’m no chef!
