‘Healthy’ oat/breakfast bar recipe for toddlers?

DD is pretty obsessed with having an oaty bar for breakfast atm, she has Sen so limited possibility of changing her routine but she loves to cook so I was thinking of trying to bake some bars with her.

She is skinny/verging on underweight so healthy fats are fine but I’m always mindful of too much salt and sugar. She isn’t the best at chewing (SEN) so wholenuts etc wouldn’t work but I could blend if needed?

Fruit Bars with Oats (toddlers & babies) by Bel-1981. A Thermomix ® recipe in the category Baby food on www.recipecommunity.com.au, the Thermomix ® Community. - The oats are blended so a bit easier to chew!

We also used to make 5 Ingredient Buckwheat Bars - Helen Ridgeway. My eldest is autistic and so I was wary of changing one of her safe foods- I 'decorated' these differently to the oat bars by drizzling yogurt on top in case she didn't like them (so they wouldn't be associated with changing the food and rather a new food). Buckwheat is nutritionally dense and the bars are good for helping them gain weight x

Yum - I’ll try a combo of those recipes - thanks!
