I am on a no-diet diet. That is to say I’m not restricting food but I’m making an effort to eat unprocessed foods that taste good and if I shift a couple of pounds along the way then great. I am a keen and I would say pretty good cook but I’m lacking inspiration at the moment.
Can anyone please share good recipes that are low-effort but deliver on taste.
ps I don’t eat fish and think mushrooms are the work of the devil.
