Condiments -help me settle a debate please!

If you ate at a quality pub type restaurant what make of condiments( specifically ketchup and mayo) would you to see offered?
Stokes
Hellmans
Heniz

Both the ketchup and mayo would need to be the same brand.

Don’t be daft! If you’re going to eat pub food, even in a gastro pub, they’ll have chips/fries on the menu. And most people will want sauce with that.

I doubt very much that any pub will be making its own mayonnaise.

I love Stokes brown sauce but not as keen on their ketchup

I’m not really fussed about mayo brands but Heinz surely for ketchup (not tried Stokes).

I hate it when they bring it in a small pot. I want the option of ketchup, mayo etc but sometimes don’t actually use any, but unless it was a really skanky place they’d surely throw the contents of the pot away afterwards, meaning I’ve wasted it. It is also annoying if everyone wants some as you need multiple small pots.

Never heard of Stokes.
What part of the country is it from ?

Stokes I'd be impressed
Hellmann's or Heinz are both fine
Batts would put me off

Suffolk

Batts is the best, higher tomato and less sugar than Heinz
But also love Stokes, especially their Bloody Mary tomato ketchup.

Hellmans mayonnaise, so I’d have to take their ketchup too.

If not homemade, mini jars of Tracklements. Nothing reusable.
