Does anyone have any recipes for a gluten free Easter bake please? No mini eggs due to choking hazard.....

Much appreciated!

Search for Becky Excell’s gf Creme Egg brownies recipe

Recipes with crushed up mini eggs would presumably be fine? So mini egg fudge or cheesecake?

We also make cheesecake inside small Easter egg shells - they look great, though I recommend the smallest eggs you can find as they are quite sickly sweet!

Simnel cupcakes can be good - or spiced cupcakes so they taste like hotmcross buns.

Waitrose have a gluten free chocolate cake in the Kosher section for Passover

I had Becky Excell’s bake anything gluten free, for my birthday in February. So far I have made a couple of things, they both turned out amazing!! The double chocolate chip muffins would be a good one for you I think 🤔. They freeze brilliantly as well and are just as nice once defrosted so handy for batch cooking. I’m told all of her stuff is btw 😀.
she does a blog on which she posts her recipes, so just google her and experience the treasure trove of recipes 😋
Happy baking….. and it would be lovely to hear how you get on?? ❤️❤️👩‍🍳🧁🍰🍪

Thank you all, I shall check out Becky Excell. I was asking for a friend so will let you know how she gets on.

I use the Loopy Whisk website. I’ve made loads of her bread and cakes and they’ve come out well/excellent. I find Becky Excellent a bit heavy on the sugar!

Thanks, I'll pass that on too.
