Left over leek and potato soup

Yesterday I made leek and potato soup.

Now I could just heat it up for lunch today but I'm looking for ideas to change it.

I thought about croutons or crispy bacon but they seem a bit boring.

I have in various tins of beans, a selection of cheeses, general fresh / tinned or frozen veg.

I don't eat shell fish and I don't have any white fish in.

I have a range of spices, rice, pasta and eggs.

Any suggestions?

Butter beans and feta would work well.

Blend till smooth, add some cream, chill, you've made Vichyssoise soup! Serve chilled with hot garlic bread for a taste experience!

Grate a load of mature cheddar into it.

All good ideas so far.

I've just remembered I have some frozen pot stickers, but I'm not sure they wouldn't need more of an Asian broth.

You could put some hot smoked salmon and dill in it and call it Chowder ☺️

No salmon or dill unfortunately.
