I've been given this recipe which is supposed to be delicious. I followed it and it was quite nice. Some of the amounts are not given, so I guessed. I am a rubbish cook so I guess I guessed wrong! If you know about thai style cooking, please can you cast an eye and offer tips/ amounts for next time...
- sweat off a large onion, add ginger, fresh chilli and garlic.
- stir for 6 minutes
- add 1/2 tspn turmeric, 2 tspn garam masala, 1 tspn chilli powder
- add chopped chicken, cook and stir for 20 minutes
- add tin coconut milk, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh coriander
